Incorporated in December 1991, Sports Turf Company, Inc., has turned the sports field vision of owners, schools, and landscape architects into reality. Our staff of experienced, certified professionals, led by founder Aaron McWhorter, has completed over 600 sports field renovation and construction projects throughout the Southeastern United States.

Sports Turf has been a recognized industry leader by pioneering the use of specialized laser equipment technology and applying it to the sports field design and construction. Our methods have become the industry standard and bring uniformity to the design, grading and finishing of sports fields of all shapes and sizes.

Incorporating the same principles that established Sports Turf Company, in 2004 we expanded our business by forming Sports Track Company, Inc. giving ourselves the capability to construct or renovate sports tracks and build tennis courts. Our product lines range from high quality latex and urethane surfaces such as Rekortan® and Spurtan® that can be installed in a variety of colors. As one of the few companies around capable of doing both athletic fields, tracks and tennis courts, we are able to provide expertise and efficiencies resulting in a better product for our clients. We are able to work with architects directly ensuring the field, track and tennis court are constructed at the proper elevation and the site is properly balanced.
