Polyurethane tracks are either paved, mixed and poured or a combination of the two. They use polyurethane to bind the rubber particles together and to the asphalt/concrete base. They are very high quality and the top performing surfaces for athletes available. Many high schools and colleges and recreation areas use them when they need a tough, durable, high performance surface. They are generally medium to high priced surfaces available in black or colors. High quality installation equipment and techniques and very experienced installation personnel are very important to insure a high quality installation.

Rekortan M99 – A three-layer, 15mm, impermeable full pour system. It consists of a self-leveling flood coat, a unique central force-reduction layer and a flood and chip topcoat of polyurethane and embedded EPDM rubber granules.

Rekortan G13 – A three-layer, 13 mm impermeable full pour system. The first two layers consist of a self-leveling PU made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources. The top layer is a flood and chip topcoat of polyurethane EPDM rubber granules with no solvents or fillers added. 

Spurtan BV – A 14 mm, two-layer sandwich style polyurethane track system. Its base layer consists of a black mat of SBR rubber granules bond in polyurethane. The second layer is a seal coat using two-component polyurethane and EPDM Powdered Rubber. The surface layer is made up of colored EPDM rubber granules cast into a polyurethane flood coat. 

Spurtan BS – A 10 mm SBR and binder basemat with 3mm of structural spray on top (done in two different applications). This track system is spike resistant and ideal for regional tracks and universities. Available in multiple colors.

Spurtan B – A one layer system. 13mm paved SBR and binder. Permeable black mat system. Polyurethane bound permeable SBR basemat. 

Spurtan E - A one layer system. 13mm paved SBR and binder. Bound permeable EPDM basemat and can be produced in wide variety of colors.
